Captain’s Lady New Orleans Style Sno-Balls is currently owned and operated by Captain Robbie Fuller and his wife Susan Fuller. They are both long time residents of the Panama City / Panama City Beach area. Susan was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana and later moved to the beautiful Bay County, Florida. They hope residents and visitors of Panama City and Panama City Beach enjoy tasty New Orleans style treats and sweets that the Captain’s Lady Mobile Cafe has to offer!
